Please describe your overall raiding experience, pre and post BC. Was in Empire guild of Zuljin, and raided as a hunter (Pinpoint). I was available for all raids I signed up for, and even subbed when not, when online.
In your own words, for the character you are applying with, how would you rate your experience, skill, gear? My experience as a Deathknight is from day one and will be my main, I have decent playing skills and have taken on elites solo with my Deathknight, and lastly my gear is all quest based.
What kind of guild are you looking for (besides "a raiding guild")? In other words, what 'things' are important for you in a guild and maybe what are 'things' you would not want to see in a guild? I like the idea of a small cohesive guild that knows how to relax and play hard when necessary.
Which other guilds have you been a member of or applied to? Have applied to no other guilds in WOW, besides being in Empire til its' breaking up.
Our raiding hours are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 7h45 to 11h30ish. What are your own raid time availabilities and how many of those times do you think you could make? Please specify if you can only attend after XX hour or until XX hour. I am retired and am available for usally all of the raided times listed, unless a personal or family matter crops up.
What are your thoughts on loot distribution and progression (epics, /roll, dkp systems, loot council, etc)? I have never looted in any raids, and feel loot should be need based, the qualifier is dkp earned to purchase your item. All loot whether epic or not should go to the guild and the guild sets the standards for loot distribution, I as a player would abide by them rules.
Are you familiar with scheduled events and website based sign up systems? Would you be able to sign up weekly/daily for the posted events, leaving a note indicating your availability when/if needed? I would and have used said signup system in Empire and I strongly believe this is how a guild sinks or swims, the guild members have to use it, I would do so.
Are you familiar with the following mods : Omen, Deadly Boss Mods, Recount, Grid (healers), Pally Power (paladins)? If not, are you willing and/or is it possible for you to install them? I use Omen and will install any other necessary mods to enhance my contribution to the team as a whole.

If this is not too personal, how old are you? (20-, 20-30, 30-40, 40+) I am 59.
Is there a member of OGD you would like us to contact as a reference? Japeth would be my reference, and both my sons are members of OGD (Borgiea and Gorth), both them and Japeth were members with me while I was in Empire. I also believe some current members may know my hunter Pinpoint that I raided with. However, I now consider the Deathknight (Clawed) my main.
Anything else? ;-) Yes, I have been online gaming since the days of Asherons Call 1 inception. I had left WOW for a break for Age of Conan, (8 max characters), and Warhammer (1 shadow warrior, and one Ironbreaker) I loved pvp in that game. .............. but because I am retired and too many players left, I had too many idle hours not having any combat fun so when this xpac came out I jumped at it. I must say I am very happy with it.
