had upper end gear for resto spec shaman currently am enhanced spec for leveling. relearning character at moment.

What kind of guild are you looking for (besides "a raiding guild")? In other words, what 'things' are important for you in a guild and maybe what are 'things' you would not want to see in a guild?

relaxed atmosphere, vent coms, organized raids, and freindly environment.

Which other guilds have you been a member of or applied to? Empire

Our raiding hours are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 7h45 to 11h30ish. What are your own raid time availabilities and how many of those times do you think you could make? Please specify if you can only attend after XX hour or until XX hour.
presently in school so schedule changes on a semester bases sunday, monday, and wednesday are usually good.

What are your thoughts on loot distribution and progression (epics, /roll, dkp systems, loot council, etc)?

Need befor greed other than that im easy with any  system

Are you familiar with scheduled events and website based sign up systems? Would you be able to sign up weekly/daily for the posted events, leaving a note indicating your availability when/if needed?

yes have used all these types of systems

Are you familiar with the following mods : Omen, Deadly Boss Mods, Recount, Grid (healers), Pally Power (paladins)? If not, are you willing and/or is it possible for you to install them?

have worked with omen deadly boss mods and not to sure about recount grid but learn fast and can install them.
