Please describe your overall raiding experience, pre and post BC.
Brawlking: Pre-BC I raided everything up to the first boss in AQ40 as a Holy Paladin. Post BC I've raided everything up to Gorefiend in Black Temple , except Kael'Thas, Vashj, and Archimonde.
Sskittles: I've done all of the bosses in SSC, and I've done everything in TK except for Kael'thas, I've only done Anetheron in Mount Hyjal, and I've done everything in BT up to Teron Gorefiend.
In your own words, for the character you are applying with, how would you rate your experience, skill, gear?
Brawlking: My level of gear I would rate as Average, there are many people with much better gear than I have. As for experience and skill, I like to think of myself as fairly experienced, with a high level of skill. Usually I can grasp boss encounters with little difficulty and dont have much trouble remembering to stay out of the fire.
Sskittles: I think I'm a pretty good Hunter. I like to learn a lot and I'm very open to trying new things to see if they work out. I do pretty good DPS and listen well and try hard not to make any mistakes. I read strats and watch videos for new bosses. My gear is not the best gear in the world, but its getting there.
What kind of guild are you looking for (besides "a raiding guild")? In other words, what 'things' are important for you in a guild and maybe what are 'things' you would not want to see in a guild?
Brawlking: Casual with a focus on Raiding, that actually acheives their raiding goals. I've been in casual guilds that want to raid, but never quite get there. Then I've been in hardcore guilds that were just a bit too harsh for me. So I'm looking for a happy medium.
Sskittles: I'm hoping to raid, of course, and meet nice people and actually be happy in a guild. I hope not to see people get yelled at and cussed at when they make mistakes in raids and I hope people will be more forgiving of other peoples mistakes.

Sskittles: My last guild was Outer Edge it just wasnt the guild for me, they were too harsh about little things. The guild I was in before that was Ka Tet and they liked to yell and talk badly about people behind there backs, so I left. Before that I was in Twilight Watch which was nice but we wanted to move foward in progression so we left. Our raiding hours are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 7h45 to 11h30ish. What are your own raid time availabilities and how many of those times do you think you could make? Please specify if you can only attend after XX hour or until XX hour.
Brawlking: I should be able to attend all night time raids, I generally dont work nights, maybe one a week.
Sskittles: I can make all thoses times as of right now.
What are your thoughts on loot distribution and progression (epics, /roll, dkp systems, loot council, etc)?
Brawlking: Progression is important to me, I want to move forward with a group of nice people, and have fun times along the way. Loot isnt really tha big of a deal to me, I'm really into seeing success, and getting fights done right. When you can one shot every boss in a raid instance in one night, thats something to be proud of. Loot distribution I guess you could say that I dont like rolls since that can be quite unfair, and Loot Council people can play favorites in. I like DKP.
Sskittles: I think rolling is a little to casual, its good for things like Kara and stuff depending on where the guild is, but not for t5 and t6 zones. I really like DKP I think its the best for t5 and t6 and stuff. You get what you've earned and it shows how much you really want an item when ur bidding against soemone else. I really dont like officer decision because I think people may play favorers even if they dont intend to, and I think its a little too secret. But if you were to do it that way I think the best way is for it to be disscused whos getting what and why in the raid channel in front of everyone.
Are you familiar with scheduled events and website based sign up systems? Would you be able to sign up weekly/daily for the posted events, leaving a note indicating your availability when/if needed?
Brawlking: Of course, I've been in a few guilds that used web based systems, the only problem with those is sometimes if a member wants to post their own Kara raid or something it can be difficult.
Sskittles: I did have a couple guilds were you had to sign up and I can do that no problem
Are you familiar with the following mods : Omen, Deadly Boss Mods, Recount, Grid (healers), Pally Power (paladins)? If not, are you willing and/or is it possible for you to install them?
Brawlking: Yes I have all of those except for Grid, I also use Big Wigs sometimes, I feel that it has a lot more timers and warnings than DBM, but I can use either one.
Sskittles: I have and use all of those except for grid. I also use a couple others, and would get any required.
